Yes — Kalaroo is live in the Philippines on iOS, Android, and web (app.kalaroosports.com). Early Access is our founding-member sale: lock a permanently discounted price while we seed the community, before regular pricing kicks in. Expansion to SEA comes after.

A plan is a subscription to the Kalaroo app — the partner feed, coach and ball-machine listings, booking and calendar tools, and the tier features on the plan card. That subscription is the only thing Kalaroo charges anyone for.

It doesn't cover the sessions or rentals themselves. If you book a coach or rent a machine, you pay that person directly — cash, GCash, bank transfer, whatever you arrange between you. Kalaroo never processes, holds, or takes a cut of that money. See the Refund Policy and Terms.

Every paid plan — player (Plus, Gold, Platinum) and coach (Hobbyist, Full Time, Pro) — has its own founder pool in your country — the first 100 buyers in that plan, in your country, split across two tiers of 50. Every country has its own separate caps (see the Terms). Options are Lifetime (one payment, permanent access) and 1-year (~30% below today's list, that price locked for life on annual renewal). Both founder tiers get the permanent Founding Member badge, roadmap input, and first pick of new sports. After a plan's 100 spots fill in your country, Early Access continues at the Launch rate (~20% below today's list, uncapped) for that plan for the rest of the 2-month window — no badge. Price locks apply to each deal's own billing cycle only — switching to monthly billing forfeits the lock.

Yes, forever. The free plan lets you swipe-match for partners, browse all listings, book coaches, rent ball machines, and keep a basic profile. Paid plans don't gate booking or renting — they add premium discovery (unlimited swipes, boosts, priority placement), let you list your own machine, and give coaches more availability days on their calendar plus pro tools (clients, analytics, a public coaching page).

Coaches who want the verified badge submit credentials (certifications, governing-body registration where applicable, and ID). Our team reviews each application by hand and the coach gets a green check. It's optional — community coaches can list without the badge, but the green check signals verified credentials to clients. Either way, clients can review coaches, and ratings stay public.

Yes — cancel from your account page any time, no phone calls and no retention pages. Paid plans bill on the cycle you bought: the Launch rate and the 1-year founder deal renew annually, and Lifetime is a single payment that never renews at all. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep paid access to the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to the free plan automatically. Full refund within 14 days of purchase (see the Terms); after that, the current period is non-refundable.

Ball Machine rental is peer-to-peer — owners list their own ball machines with photos, specs, hourly rate, and reviews. You browse nearby machines, book an open slot from the owner's live calendar, pay the owner directly (GCash, Maya, or cash), and pick up in person from the owner at the court.
